Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune (India) was established in 1964 by Dr. Patangrao Kadam with the sole mission of providing social transformation through dynamic education. The University, since its inception, has been creating milestones in terms of quality education and research. In recognition of the academic excellence achieved by these institutions and the potential for development, which they possess, the Department of Human Resource Development, Government of India and the University Grants Commission of India have accorded the status of “Deemed University” to the 29 constituent units of Bharati Vidyapeeth. The University has been re-accredited with ‘A’ grade by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), an organization that assesses and accredits institutions of higher education in India. The University has also been awarded with ‘A’ grade and also 12B status by Ministry of Human Resource & Development, Government of India for its outstanding research work and excellent infrastructure.
